I believe mothers should be given the right to have flexible working hours…Unfortunately not many companies implement this and sometimes mothers are just torn between spending ample time with the family and work expectations.
Fulltime housewifes ;some of whom are my friends have actually ventured into business and they are pretty succesful small time businesswomen.
Surprisingly;they mentioned that they operate from home with the help of gadgets eg appliances to do web conferencing with their customers! Some even have appliances which offeres remote support and remote access.These appliances actually assist in managing and communicating with all business partners from home and effectively!
Its so impressing how technology can assist in our daily work without having to leave the house.Definately a worthwhile investment and there are actually plenty models to choose from.
With technology like this to help mothers ,working from home for many more mums will definately be more achievable…:)
