Hmmm,many often i have came across the shouts of “Organic Food” and its wellness for you.

One would agree that fast food is not healthy for the little ones but there are ‘fastbaby foods’ outhere that are nutritionally healthy.
I would personally recommend dry mixtures instead of pureed ones for babies when referring to complmentary feeding for babies.Also be sure to purchase only those free of preservatives and MSG.
Constipation is common for babies especially when they start weaning at 6 months.
Here are some tips to avoid constipation:
1)Nutrition
Fibers via fruits and vegetables,prune juice, whole grains and apple juice and lots fluid/water
