There are only 2 ways that really works to combat obesity in children.This weight control plan consist of increasing the physical activities and dietary management.
1) Increasing physical activities
-needed atleast 60 mins a day as recommended by The US Surgeon General
-limit the time for watching tv,playing games
-eliminate snack food during tv hour
