QuickSprout Roll The Dice

February 28th, 2008

Not so sure what to do this weekend but your hand is feeling itchy. I am thinking of going up to Genting Highlands in Malaysia. It is the only but famous entertainment city in Malaysia. It also holds the only casino with the largest capacity hotel. It so happens I read in the newspaper today that they are having a new Magic act. But that wont stop me from actually spending some time in the casinos to see how is my luck in the year of the Rat.

Most of the time when I dont have the time to go that far and I would like the comfort of my own home then I would surely try my luck on the online casino’s. What is the best online casino that you have ever heard of or have ever experienced. Many people have their own comments on this. What is your most favourite game. Mine in particular has always been the cards game. My favourite is always blackjack. The only way to actually win in blackjack is if you have someone who really knows the game at the last player seat before the banker.

You might ask why do I say so. Well if the last person really knows his game he must sometimes sacrifice himself for the greater good. If he is selfish he might win the banker but might cause the rest of the players to loose. Most of the you do not want to be the last player but you need someone good to sit there. Then how is this possible. You should have a friend play at that position and bet small while you are playing in the middle position with the larger bet.

Another favourite of mine is the Caribean Stud or poker. There are many sites that plays poker as their main game but for online poker listings you should try this site given in the link. Some people say that different online gaming sites are very different in their winning rates. Well this is almost true especially if you are playing slots but when you play card games it is mainly up to your expertise and your luck. It is also up to the banker. If you see that the bankers hand is always too good then you know it is time to stand up and change the table. Never ever think that your time will come on the same table because it wont.

Secondly if you have lost a lot then you should know when is the time to stop. Betting more thinking that you would win the next round would only cause you bigger losses. It would be better to change your table start betting smaller and hope for a miracle. Most of the time when such a thing happens to me I would change the table I am playing on and make my bet smaller. It would take a longer time for me to gain back my losses or even maybe win a little but it is the best way. People who think that the next hand is their lucky hand will keep on thinking so and the story never ends till their pocket is dry.

You weep you cry because you have lost everything and when your next paycheck is out you try again. This is totally not the way to gamble. Gambling is an art that should be taken slowly. There are times that you will win and there are times that you will loose. But if you play smart and know your limits trust me you will be a winner. I set my daily loosing point and if I react that amount I would either change tables or even stop for the day and come back again another day. I might loose USD 1000 today but win USD 5000 tomorrow because of this concept. I do not want to loose USD 5000 today and start thinking where am I gonna get more money to start trying my luck again tomorrow.

Little Lamb

As a child,i was a free-thinker.Then i practised Buddhism as encouraged by my father.AS i grew into a 5 year old;i went to St.Thomas where i fell in love with the NUNs!..They were so graceful, always patient and polite and it was the beginning of my life discovering my faith.

Bible Study was encouraged since Sunday School.I recall we were encourage to learn our ‘Little Lamb” stories and reminded on virtues and most important LOVE!As i got older,i learnt about Christian Finance and Bible Verses. It was clear that there were other more elements than woprldly pleasures in life.

And now that i’m so piled up with work;a friend has recommended to have Bible Study on-line as the net can cater to these Bible studies should one need to read Psalms, search for enlightment and its even translated in 28 languages.

I would want Abby to experience life and find her ‘enlightment’ in life.I found mine and till this day;the vivid images of the nuns lighting the morning candles will always stay in my heart forever:)

My head is spinning and Abby is wailing…Hmm….i’ve got a report to work on..

I wish i have someone else doing the report for me.Back during my uni days;i recall staying up late to study on term papers with friends…burning the midnight oil they called it.Sometimes we had to write our thesis as a term paper.I even know senior students whom you can pay to get them writing your thesis for a minimal fee!

One can have professionals writing their thesis especially on topics of the higher end.You can even buy essay if you want to abd i know plenty of rich kids that pay their way to a degree…Shame but its a upcoming disease nowadays…I must say though that the essays and thesis produced are of good quality!

 Like they say;MONEY TALKS!

Abby is still crying…got to go get her now:)

I love baby showers. Here are the altest trends for baby showers.

1)Imprinted baby footprints

2) Birth Announcements via greeting cards to family members and friends.

3) Photo Cards ;-may it be a boy, girl or even twins! These are very personal and family members especially will enjoy having the privilage to share the joy and welcoming the new member of the family.

4)Party….get together with good company !

Are you insured?

I am a pessimistic…I hope Abby doesnt grow to have that trait. My darling hubby has all the positive vibes and energy that i hope Abby gets a balance from both .

I get paranoid and since Malaysia is facing its election soon;i cant help to think about my own ‘house in order’….making sure that Abby has something to fall on should anything happen to her parents.

Parents, here are some tips to leave a burdenless world to your kids….:

1) Make sure that your Credit Cards are never supplemented to your kids(under their name) as they will be liable for any debt incurred.Get them debit cards which are much more safer in managing you and your kids funds.

2)Mortgage/Housing loans. You can get Home Insurance Quotes from your banks;or even loans but make sure you buy a good insurance plan/housing insurance that covers your laibility and makes sure that the property will still be willed to your kids without them paying for the mortgage ..

3)Car Insurance ;-well get one which covers for other conditions besides the collision term which is standard for all car policies. There are uninsured policies that protect you from those that are not insured should there be collision;personal Accident coverage and many more.Knowing what your car policy covers means that you and your kids will have a wider spectrum of benefit and coverage.

4) Always be trythful to your kids and never hide matters especially if they are old enough. This ensures that they will be prepared financially and emotionally should anything happen .
